Should I wash my hair before a color appointment?

YES! Please arrive to a color appointment with clean/dry hair. Excess oil, environmental debris and color sticks/sprays prevent the best outcome. If hair requires shampooing & drying prior to color application resulting in more time, an additional charge may be incurred.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

​

While we love children, we ask that they not accompany you unless they are receiving a service. The salon isn't a safe environment for little ones and we want our focus to be solely on our guests' experience..

Do I have to give you my email address?

​

No, of course not, but you will be left out of birthday promotions, special salon events, and those model calls for class! We know all that mail hitting your inbox is a pain, so we keep our emails to quarterly.

If I have a long appointment, can I bring/order lunch?

Yes, of course! We have tons of food options nearby and are always happy to place a delivery order or store your lunch in our fridge. We always have a selection of drinks and snacks on hand to keep everyone nourished as well.

Do your stylists receive continuing education?

​

Absolutely! Education is at the heart of everything we do. Our stylists attend monthly in-salon education as well as travelling to advanced education several times a year. In fact - some classes require a live model which could mean an amazing new cut or color for you complimentary!

What happens if something needs to be adjusted after my appointment?

We want you to LOVE your hair! We work hard to have a solid, thorough consultation - don't be surprised if we ask 20 questions! Sometimes it takes a couple of appointments for us to really get to know each other and dial into your personality, lifestyle, and individual hair challenges. We are happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your appointment.
