Did you ever wonder why it felt like you had to wash your hair more often?

Your favorite brushes might play a role if you aren’t washing them on a regular basis

When you use that favorite brush not only does it collect loose hair but, oil and debris from your scalp as well.

If you’re not washing your brushes on a regular basis you are just redistributing all that bacteria back into your clean hair.

To clean

🫧 remove loose hair with a fine tooth comb
🫧 soak in a bath of hot water with your favorite shampoo or soap
🫧 Rinse well and towel or air dry

Just gave her the cutest copper refresh with a short, piecey, textured bob and bangs that fit her perfectly. She just got back from Europe and was so ready for a fresh summer look.

This moment seriously meant everything

Lacey has been coming to me for a while now doing the same platinum blonde every time. After months and months of talking about it this time we decided to switch it up before her wedding.

And when she saw her final look... she just broke down in the sweetest way. It wasn’t even about the hair at that point, it was about the trust, the love, and the fact that I got to be a part of such a special time in her life.

The truth is your hair and scalp have different needs based on the season and your diet

The shampoo that works in the winter most likely won’t do the trick in the summer. If you notice things just aren’t working anymore- your hair is harder to style, your scalp is oily or dry it’s not your shampoos fault it’s just time to switch it.

And friends- listen, we all love a good stroll down the target aisle but, PLEASE talk to your stylist when considering a switch! They are in tune with your hairs needs and will know exactly what to suggest.
